This Sasha clip in patch is machine sewn to a polymer base most suited to Caucasian skin tones. Featuring a light fringe, the Sasha patch straight (but also available in a soft wave) and is ideal for thinning crown areas covering an area up to 10cm x 8cm.

These Patches are made with 3 ultra-lightweight clips – 2 are set on opposing sides, for placement at the back of the head, 1 clip is fastened at the back for comfort and security.
