  LA Weave: An Beaded weave is a new technique used to make sewn tracks less visible than your ordinary braided sew-in weaves. This method allows the hair to breathe and also lets the hair grow in a downwards direction which allows your weave to continue to look natural, while your real hair is growing. This new technique is very popular in Manchester and Liverpool as hair can be pulled in an up-do or ponytail without seeing tracks or huge lumps as some braiding weaves can be seen while the hair is tied in an up do. Micro rings and a Weaving thread is used to hold the hair in place. Please Note: Beaded Weaves can last up to 4- 6 weeks depending on how quick your natural hair grows and the aftercare on the hair extensions once it had been fitted. This method cannot be re-tightened as it may damage your own hair. Please be aware if any hair extension specialist says so! Micro Ring Fitting- can also be known as I tip/Stick Tip: A lot of people may get this confused with Pre bonded fitting, the difference with this method is there is no glue or heat applied to the hair extensions. The application gets its name from the shape of the hair extension bond, which is compared to the end of a “shoe lace”. Where the top of the hair extensions is a hard cylinder shape. Many well-known brands will supply these with one pack containing 25 or 50 pieces. We recommend for a full head that a client should look to get 150 pieces fitted, but this is all depend on the thickness and cut of your own natural hair. Micro Rings, wooden or metal threader and pilers are used to apply the hair together. Please note: Micro Ring fitting can last up to 8-12 weeks depending on how quick your natural hair grows and the aftercare on the hair extensions once it had been fitted. We recommend using a tangle teezer or dessate to brush the hair extensions as this will not pull on the hair. Pre- Bonded can be known as U tip/Nail tip fitting: Nail tip hair extensions are applied to the hair by heating up individual strands of the Keratin tip that is found at the top of the hair extensions. Then sealed together tightly with your natural hair. This method has been around for many years and is still very popular to this day. The application gets its name U tip as some keratin tip is shaped a the letter “U” or compared to a nail shape. Heat connector, glue gun, Keratin tips and silicone protector pad is used for this application. Please note: Pre bonded can last up to 8-12 weeks depending on how quick your natural hair grows and the aftercare on the hair extensions once it had been fitted. This application can be re-tip please see an professional hair extension specialist who are qualified in doing so! One big tip with pre bonded hair extensions please do not use oil based hair products as this will slide the hair extensions from your natural hair. Mini Tips: This is similar to the Micro Ring fitting where there is no heat or sewing applied to the hair which will not damage your natural hair. The tips and rings are smaller to ensure it in invisible when the hair is pulled in an up- do or ponytail. This method can be reused which will work out cost effective if the aftercare is treated correctly. Nano rings and metal or wooden threader is used to apply the hair together Please Note: Mini Tips can last up to up to 3 months depending on how quick your natural hair grows and the aftercare on the hair extensions once it had been fitted. Our Girls in Manchester Arndale store is loving this technique! Tape Hair Introductioning the newest method of fitting hair extensions, is the tape hair. It requires no adhesive on the scalp, no weaving, braiding or bonding.This method is quick to fit.  We recommend that 3 packs will complete a full head though, you may not necessary need 3 packs depending on the length and cut of your natural hair. You can expect between 6-8 weeks wear with these extensions and the beauty of these extensions are that after this time period your tape hair can be removed, re-taped and re-applied without having to purchase more hair. But please note this will all down to the aftercare.
